Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paumanok Vineyards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Wine Purchases: Due to New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wine once it has left the premises, unless the bottle is demonstrably flawed or corked. If you believe a bottle is corked or defective, please contact us within 3 to 7 days of purchase with the remaining contents and your original receipt or order confirmation. We will gladly replace defective bottles on a case-by-case basis.

• Merchandise & Non-Alcoholic Items: Unused, unopened non-wine merchandise (such as glassware, apparel, or accessories) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Shipping & Delivery: If your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please take photos of the packaging and bottles and contact us immediately at sales@paumanok.com or (631) 722-8800 so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
